 Over 500 piles and ancient artifacts discovered in Vrbnik, experts suspect that houses could be found. The underwater archaeological excavations will continue until September 2021 at the Vrbnik site, which is located on the west bank of Lake Ohrid at the exit of the city of Struga near the Kalishta settlement.  Last month the National Institution "Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments and Museum - Ohrid" carried out an underwater archaeological reconnaissance project on parts of the eastern shore of Lake Ohrid to explore areas in the lake for which there were indications of archaeological sites. Macedonia is constantly being plundered. Unfortunately, this has not been news for a long time, because it doesn't just happen today or yesterday, but for centuries.
