Army ID card of a Macedonian partisan in World War II

Our treasure today is an army ID card of a Macedonian partisan from World War II. The army ID card with the registration number 360033 was probably issued on September 24, 1944, one month after the partisan celebrated his 21st birthday.

His name: Neshkovski Nove, from the village of Košino.

The small village of Koshino, or Košino, is (today) located in the municipality of Dolneni, near the city of Prilep in Macedonia.

According to the records, in 1948, three years after the Second World War, exactly 289 citizens lived in the village. Unfortunately, there are no comparable figures before the war. Data from 1905 (presumably from the church archives) say that only 120 people lived in the village of Košino.

You can find the translation of the data entered about the fighter under the screenshots.
